Happy Homemaker Monday

On my bedside table:
finishing up "the wedding" by nicholas sparks today! then really wanting to get "the host" by stephenie meyer this week :)

On my TV:
dancing with the stars is on tonight, but we'll probably be watching "bolt" once more before i turn it back to the redbox

On the menu for tonight:
meatloaf patties and mashed potatoes- yum!
On my To Do List:
put laundry away-wash towels and linens

New Recipe I tried last week:
i made some homemad chocolate covered pretzels that were pretty tasty.

In the craft basket:
working on something for tim- anniversary is fast approaching....

Looking forward to:
easter, cayley's birthday, anniversary celebrations

Homemaking Tip for this week:
just don't buy popcorn for kids under 12- unless you like vacuuming all day and still finding popcorn in the couch, lol

Favorite Blog Post of the week (mine or other):
i love seeing that julie has come to the "dark side" filled with vegetarian vampires and giant wolves- love the etsy purchases she made last week- she makes me feel better about the shared o.c.d. (obsessive cullen disorder, lol)

Favorite photo from last week:
although this isn't from last week, i hadn't posted any spring break pics here. this is one of my FAVES! me, annie & lindsey at the oasis at sunset- doesn't get better!

Lesson learned the past few days:
adam is going to be fine- he needs some speech help, but he's going to be fine. looking forward to finding out what the next step for helping his speech delay with be.

On my Prayer List:
prayers for tim- work threw him a curve ball late friday so he's got a ton going on this week. prayers for my kids-the rest of the school year will fly by!!! and prayers for my married friends that their marriages will over flow with love and blessings.

Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
Colossians 2:2 that their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and attaining to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God's mystery, that is, Christ Himself,

LOL can I join you on that OCD? I LOVE me some Edward :)

Great tip too, I always cringe when I hand over the popcorn to the kids, I know I'll be finding it for days after.
